Ō burakkugādo is an elite group within Division Zero, they are the main right hands of the Soul King and the soul protectors of Important relics Such as the Oin. These guys pretty much give orders to Central 46 which is then Given to the Gotei in no way does the Gotei or anyone else but the soul king him self give orders to this group which pretty much this group also has power over the others in Division Zero. These are Ranked just like Espada ranks except they are in Japanese numbers instead of Spanish numbers, the color of the badge and Rope on it identify the Rank, such as the Commanders who has a gold badge with the Royal division insignia inscribed on it with a black threaded rope which helps it keep on his shoulder and holds the white Haori. When you get a position within the group you want you will get to choose the color of your badge and rope. All those within the group we're a noticeable white Haori around there shoulder (Example: It's how Isshin wears his Same with badge looks.)

(Commander) Hitotsu - Oin
Members will work outside the Soul kings realm as well although there base of operations is within the Realm. All members will carry around a copy of the Ōken, now when you character carry's this copy he must protect it at any cost even if that means cutting down someone who even jokes about stealing it from you (Consequences can be dire) We don't want crazy people stealing the key from your dead body (If your character is dead.) Sometimes these members will work inside the Gotei as well and pose as members (Such as Lieutenants or seated members. Captain spots can not be taken over) this will only be used for undercover reasons. And on some authority that this group has they can take complete control of the Gotei (Only really happens if the Head Captain dies. this will hardly happen or maybe not even at all)
